One of our Founders, Brad Redding, has lived in eCommerce for nearly 15 years. Prior to Elevar, Brad worked at Blue Acorn where he led redesign and optimization projects with industry leaders including Le Creuset, Rebecca Minkoff, Alex & Ani, Signature Hardware, and Rogue Fitness, among many more.

His experience in the industry helped shape the need for a tool like Elevar with accompanying services to help fill a gap in the market for online businesses trying to stay ahead.

Lets face it — data analysis isn’t always riveting (unless you’re Brad, see above ^^). And until now, the process was very repetitive. Understanding the challenges that retailers and businesses face drove us to build a tool that not only compiled the strategic expertise we’ve garnered over the years, but one that marketers actually wanted to use.

Led by our brand and UX strategists, Katlin Chadwick and Alan Spears respectively, we’ve applied rounds of testing and user feedback to make Elevar sophisticated, yet accessible and customizable to any business role.

Kyle Duford is an executive specializing in crafting outstanding e-commerce experiences for global brands. A former magazine editor with a focus on the fashion, outdoor and sports industries, Kyle brings a unique blend of design, sales and digital best practices to the table.

His intimate knowledge of the space, plus his ability to focus on consumer engagement, resulted in exponential e-commerce business growth for the likes of KEEN, Chrome Industries, Nau and Dr. Martens — where he recently oversaw a digital turnaround that spanned all global markets and jumpstarted the DTC strategy, evidenced by 38% annual growth.


No, that’s not John Mcginn and Nate Winkler, but is John’s great-grandfather (left) and great-great-grandfather in McGinn Electric. John McGinn and Nate Winkler both hail from traditions of building. Their families were blue-collar entrepreneurs — contractors and electricians before their time. Their vision was to continue this legacy of building. Except now, they’d build in the digital space.

With experience building a brand from the ground-up (Nate was co-founder of Juggernaut Training Systems) and a digital agency (SOUTH, Nate & John co-founders), they’ve experienced what it takes to grow and scale a business and apply these learnings to help our clients.
